Content: HI, I made it through the first two interview stages for an organization I am very excited about working for. I have to now go through a mock help desk support call as my third interview for them. The job is to provide help desk support for users of a custom web application which is going to involve a lot of people all over the country. I want to prepare. What sort of problem can I expect to be presented with? Will they begin the call by prefacing the system involved or the resources I should expect to have at my disposal? Should I ask them at the beginning of the call so as not to fall into the trap of making incorrect assumptions? Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
